To add to my growing flock of birds, this piece was adapted from a French antique in my collection. The original has been adapted to simplify the colour palette and make the birds more vibrant. The original stitcher's name has been charted for those who want to include it.

Pattern is stitched on 32 ct. Linen using Weeks Dye Works floss. Stitch count is 60 x 80. Finished size is 5" x 3.75".
You hear faint tropical music through the jungle trees- and suddenly you spy a beautiful macaw. Her feathers positively glow, but her hat is even more impressive! What a classy seorita!
Model stitched on 32 ct Lugana with DMC floss. Stitch count is 48 x 74 and the finished size is 3" x 4.63".
