La Vie en Rouge is a classic collection of French reds and antique naturals with a fresh twist on 18th century floral and small prints. We used our collection to design a series of twelve doll quilts that use a variety of different techniques and skill levels.
Reminescent of a game of Jacks, this simple quilt pattern reflects a simpler life. The quilt pattern includes 6 sizes - Baby, Lap, Throw, Full, Queen, and King - and uses 1/4-yard, fat quarters, of 1/2-yard cuts. Choose a contrasting bold accent fabric, or choose a lighter hue of the background fabric color for a totally different look.
Twinkle combines simple star blocks to make an eye catching quilt. The pattern is fat quarter or yardage friendly, and includes 5 unique layouts for each size that give the stars a random look. There are no tricky seams, and this quilt is suitable for an intermediate to advanced beginner. Finished Sizes are Baby:36 x 42, Throw: 60 x 72, Twin: 72 x 90, Queen: 90 x 96, King: 108 x 96.
My Stars & Blooms quilt pattern includes instructions to make a 70" x 96" twin quilt and a 70" square lap quilt or picnic throw. The pattern features Deb Strain's newest Americana fabric line for Moda Fabrics called Red, White and Bloom. Instead of plain stripes, my version of the flag shows rows of red tulips.
Joyful Stars is a fun and modern star quilt that works well with solids, prints, or scraps. No tricky piecing makes this a great beginner quilt pattern. Pattern includes instructions for an ombre rainbow version, as seen on the cover, and a scrappy version.
Sizes: Baby (49" x 49"), Throw (66" x 66"), Twin (68" x 99"), and Queen/King (114" x 114").
