My Sampler Seasons series was very popular, and the response to it blew me away! I thought I would add on to the series with some holiday versions, so the first will be Halloween.

Pattern is stitched on 36 count Early Halloween by xJu Design using Weeks Dye Works threads. Stitch Count: 147 x 172.

The model stitched on 14 ct or 28 ct Vintage Country Mocha. Stitch count is 167w X 138h.

Pattern is stitched on the fabric of your choice using either DMC or Cosmo threads! The pattern can be stitched with three different color schemes. Stitch count: 202 x 195.

Pattern is stitched on the fabric of your choice using either DMC, Soie D'Alger or Cosmo threads! The cover model uses 32 ct Mariner's Map Legacy Linen. Stitch count: 238 x 270.

I just love the way she turned out! Mary is the second sampler in the Samplings in Color, where I take a very simple little sampler and give her a makeover, although the sampler is a reproduction, and the colors are in keeping with the original. Pattern is stitched on 18ct Valor by Picture this Plus using Weeks Dye Works & Gentle Arts floss. Stitch count is 70 x 70.

The stitching in this beautiful sampler with the sacred hearts includes the name Malvina Roisset and the date 1891. I think Marie Louise Malvina Roisset, who would have been 10 years old in 1891, could very well be the stitcher.
