Maybe you should call me the "Goose Girl". Despite some unfortunate encounters with nasty geese in my formative years, I love geese. As much as I enjoy flocks flying overhead, I'm especially fond of the quilt kind, to the extent that a quilt made entirely with flying geese is not uncharted territory for me.
Roadshow is a fun vintage inspired pattern by Miss Rosie's Quilt Co with a finished project size of 32" x 32". Made with the Antique Fair fabric collection for Moda.
The houses are made with 5" charm squares, and each house uses 2 1/4 squares. Some parts match, some don't! Each house block finishes at 5" x 6 1/2". There are eleven rows of 12 randomly spaced houses and some of the houses have chimneys.
Add a real twist to your Wedge Star projects by cutting diamonds from pieced fabric strips. Your stars will spin either clockwise or counter clockwise and can be varied in oodles of ways. This is a fun next step in creating Wedge Star quilts. The strip sizes in the chart come very close to dividing the diamonds in two equal size strips for a simple Twisted Star.
