Looks like velvet when stitched and is great for garments as well as architectural elements on painted canvases. Strong and holds up very well. Good for Needlepoint 14-18 Count Canvas and Cross Stitch 9-10 Count.

100% Nylon, 8 yards (7.3 meters). Hand washable, but test first. This yarn can best be described as a wispy fringe which also makes wonderful French Knots. It has pieces of transparent fiber that give a glistening effect. Do not drag this yarn across the canvas. The glistening effect of this yarn is more pronounced with long stitches, as less of the fringe is pulled into the canvas.

89% Rayon, 11% Metalized Polyester.10 Yards (9.1 Meters). Normally Hand Washable, Test First. Made in Japan Neon Rays with a metallic filament woven through it. It has a nice shine and is much easier to control than regular Neon Rays.

A mix of silk and metallic together give your design a wonderful sparkle. You can use it as is off the card for stitching, no plying necessary.

Also reflects surfaces such as water, ice, mirrors, glass, mirrors, dew drops and frost. Available in many bright colors which are great for Halloween canvases and Christmas Ornaments. Long Stitches give the best results.

A 12-ply silk that is composed of three 4-ply bundles twisted together. The twist of each individual strand is tighter than most silks making it easier to use. Many of the usual problems experienced with silk will not occur with Splendor. Anyone that stitches with cotton floss will have no problem with it. 8 yard cards. 100% silk.

Use off the card as is, no need to strand or use a laying tool. Easy to handle. Bright rayon colors braided with matching metallics.
