The instructions are in color, large & easy to follow. The fabric that comes with the kit is white14 ct Aida which isn’t my personal favorite so I hv substituted 24 ct linen. It is working up nicely. It’s always a pleasure to to order from 123 Stitch as they are very responsive to questions & mail quickly
