This year, in particular, my heart does go out with longing for the spring, and renewal, and joy. So this design celebrate a favorite flower (lily of the valley), and a bird with a softly variegated border.
The model is stitched on 40 count "Weathered Shingle" linen from R&R Reproductions. Stitch count is 191 wide x 128 high.
