from United States on 12/20/2025 - Fabric warped and unstitchable The Aida cloth on these is not straight! I contacted the store and while they said they would offer a refund as a one time courtesy, they refused to pay for return shipping. It’s a small amount of money for these bookmarks, but it’s the principle of it. The store should have either refunded me in full (without return) or offered to pay for return shipping. They said if I pull at the corners it should straighten the fabric but that doesn’t work. And i am not going to spend the time stitching these crooked. Very disappointing because these were going to be a Christmas gift.
