from United States on 03/26/2020 - Beautiful I wrote the 2013 review of this when I got the kit the first time. It stitched up beautifully. The design is FULL of thread changes, many small segments of the different colors. I ordered a second kit recently (for a new choir) and am nearly done with it. I ran out of the supplied dark grey floss (for all the back-stitched outlining — and rhere’s A LOT of it — when I was about half way through. (I do not remember that happening the first time.) i am low on a few of the other colors now and have my fingers crossed. At least they give DMC equivalents, and with so few sections of any size, so minor differences would not be noticeable.

from United States on 08/23/2014 - Misled by image I do hope that when I get this done I'll like it as well as I'd expected, but I'm not holding my breath. The image on-line -- AND on the picture in the kit has lovely subdued colors. The actual palette of threads included is much brighter. I'm reserving judgment in hopes that I'll like it anyway. What's so hard about getting a photo that is a good representation of the product? I've not noticed any problem with the floss shredding, tangling, or knotting.
from United States on 10/02/2013 - I will make music to the Lord kit I was happy with the kit overall except for the cotton floss. I have never worked with a floss that I have had more trouble with. It tangles, snarls, separates and comes apart if you need to remove stitches. For that reason, I would not recommend this kit.
