Note from the designer: This sweet little verse comes from an entry in my great-grandmother's autograph book, dated from the early 1880's. Combined with motifs and pattern bands from my collection of little books' of the same time period, the pin pillow and berries make a sweet trio of smalls. Shown in a tonal blue color scheme of just two shades, these can be easily changed up to a favorite color and fabric/floss combination.
The models were stitched on 36 Ct. Bramble linen from Picture This Plus with Classic Colorworks floss. Stitch Counts: Pin Pillow - 65x83, Berries - 127x72 each. Finished size is 7 x 4.
Model stitched on 35 Ct. Parchment linen by Weeks Dye Works with Gentle Art Sampler threads, Weeks Dye Works floss, and Mill Hill Beads. Stitch Count: 69x69. Design is shown finished in a 4" round pincushion by Lone Elm Lane.

Both are stitched on 40-Count Wheat linen from Fiber on a Whim using Needlepoint Silks. The M. Lake pincushion has a stitch count of 81 Wide by 47 High. Finished size is 4.05 in wide X 2.35 in high.
