After 3 times sending me the wrong pattern I finally just asked for a refund and gave up. The package was correct but the pattern on the inside wasn't. I called 2 times and explained what was wrong but still received the same pattern. First time ever having a problem with anything from this company.

I have yet to receive the right pattern and you have sent it 3 times to me. Each one had the wrong cross stitch pattern in the package but the right picture on the front. I also paid 2 times and only been reimbursed for 1 of them. This is the first time in all the years I have been ordering from you that I have had a problem.
