Inspired by my love of libraries, this design features an open book that is sprouting flowers and mushrooms with birds and a butterfly floating above. It reads: "the very existence of libraries affords the best evidence that we may yet have hope for the future of humanity".
Pattern is stitched on 36 count linen using Classic Colorworks, DMC and Weeks Dye Works threads with a DMC conversion. Stitch count is 150 x 130. Finished size is 8.33" x 7.22".
