Inspired by my love of libraries, this design features an open book that is sprouting flowers and mushrooms with birds and a butterfly floating above. It reads: "the very existence of libraries affords the best evidence that we may yet have hope for the future of humanity".

Pattern is stitched on 36 count linen using Classic Colorworks, DMC and Weeks Dye Works threads with a DMC conversion. Stitch count is 150 x 130. Finished size is 8.33" x 7.22".

This sampler about an Ode to Libraries is a subject close to my heart and have been working on it as much as possible. However, I think the pattern itself could have been designed with thicker paper and in one piece instead of 4. I still love the design and your company and your quick delivery of products.
