100% linen. A beautiful hand dyed and washable fabric available in a variety of counts and colors. Lakeside linens are available in both "Regular" and "Vintage". The Regular version has minimal shading while the Vintage is more distressed. With the Vintage version there may be color separation due to the different properties of each dye used. As each piece of vintage is unique, the image should only be considered representative of what you will receive.

The hue of this linen is subtle and gentle to the eye. Working on it is a joy! I'm doing a petite stitch (over one) with one thread of silk and does that silk sing!

This color is a nice light buttery color which would work well with many colors of threads. Love the feel and I can easily work with it for counted cross stitch. Since I am new at working with such a fine piece 28ct I was a little intimidated until I actually tried it and it was easy enough.

For the Flosstube 2018 'Tis the Season SAL - This is a vintage cream color - I wanted to match an older needlepoint I had finished for Christmas decor. This will work fine. And, did I say - I love that the edges are serged?! - as always on cross-stitch fabric - And, love that constant shipping of $3.49! It makes a difference - Thank you 123 Stitch!
