Hand dyed fabrics are not meant to be washed after stitching, and color-fastness cannot be guaranteed on this product. If washing before stitching is necessary, hand wash briefly in cold water with just a drop of mild dish liquid, rinse gently and thoroughly in cold water, press between two clean towels to absorb excess moisture, then lay flat to dry.

Please Note: Many fabrics are dyed in batches and made from natural fibers. As a result, color variation can occur between dye lots, counts, and fabric types, even under the same color name. Fabric dyers consider this normal and expected, particularly in vintage or antiqued fabrics, so feel free to contact us if selecting an exact shade is critical to your project.
