All of these stand ups by Lizzie Kate are so cute so I have them all! They're every bit as cute as the picture. I especially love that all the embellishments are included with the pattern. They make such a difference in the finished product and you don't have to scavenge them yourself.

I just received him ( he went into my Christmas stocking) so I haven't had time to kit him up yet I can't wait to do so, looks like a fun patteren to stitch. And he will look great on my shelve. He has a special meaning to me, my Dad was from N.Y. State and always told us who Uncle Sam really was when we went through Troy N.Y. and surrounding areas. So this will always remind me if my Dad.

Liberty Sam is the cutest Stand-Up. Perfect for the 4th of July or Americana decor. Nice to do a project that doesn’t need framing also. Lizzie Kate has the best patterns.

This is a terrific design from Lizzie Kate, one of the stand ups that had gone out of print. It is s joy to stitch! I hope the other OOP designs are re-released. The OHare family, Vinnie and the witch. Love them all and missed them the first time around.
