from United States on 01/04/2019 - Lizzy Kate Things Unseen. Apparently this is part 3 of what I thought was the full pattern Be careful and pay my attention when ordering anything from Lizzy Kate. Hoping it can be returned for the correct pattern.
from United States on 05/29/2015 - A very beautiful piece I didn't realize there were three parts to the SAME sampler. I thought there were three samplers that go together nicely, so I bought Part 3 and quickly discovered my mistake. I then had 1-2-3 send me the first two patterns, and then the fun began. It is a lovely piece and works up rather quickly ... you just have to pay attention because there are three pattern pieces that overlap. But ... I guess paying close attention is the name of the game with counted cross-stitch, right? The Weeks Dye Works colors go well with the fabric, and all together it is one of the most beautiful pieces I've ever done. It's enjoyable to work on, and once again 1-2-3 service was fabulous inasmuch as they sold me a 28 ct. piece of linen instead of the 32 ct. It'll be a little bigger, but it'll be much easier to stitch.
from United States on 01/28/2015 - So far, this is very pretty I decided to wait until I had all 3 parts before I started stitching the mystery sampler. I like to start in the middle so that's why I waited. I did have to find the middle because it wasn't marked on the charts, but it wasn't hard to find. I used the DMC floss instead of buying the floss pack and I like the colors. I also used 14 count fabric instead of the linen or the 16 count. I was able to get 14 count in the same Wren color and it looks really nice. I just prefer to stitch on 14 because it is easier on the eyes. This is a really nice piece as are all of Lizzie Kate's designs. I have been ordering cross stitch patterns from 123 Stitch for many years now and have always been happy with their service.
