Typical Mill Hill quality frame

This frame arrived with several chips that I had to touch up with paint as I didn't have time to return/exchange. Also, I had to cut additional cardboard backing because the one supplied was too flimsy. I usually have wonderful experiences with this site and I am a frequent customer, but this purchase was very disappointing...

The rust color is fabulous, but it has no backside piece to hold stitching securelyand I would prefer a frame that does.

It's so easy to put your finished design in and the frame is well made. I like that you can sit it on a shelf or hang it up.
