from United States on 11/29/2025 - Disappointed but I think it’s my own fault I was working on putting lunch together when my sister showed me the picture of the frame and she explained to me how I can use the extra peg to stand it up. I said yes, here’s my credit card, order that for me and include the beads you wanted and I’ll pay for those as well. I was so excited when it got here that I jumped in my car and drove to her house. I was so disappointed when we opened it and I saw the white going around the frame. So I think I’m going to take it to Michael’s or Hobby Lobby and see if I can get it painted or if I can buy some paint to see if I can get rid of the white going around it. If so, then I think it will be a 5. If not, I’ll try to give it to someone and keep looking for a frame for my project.

from United States on 11/25/2015 - Excellent for Mill Hill kits. Less than ideal for other things. This frame is just perfect for the 5x5 Mill Hill kits. I've read the complaints and almost didn't purchase, but I'm really glad I did. It doesn't come with glass, but I don't like to cover my needlework with glass. There's also no firm backing. But that doesn't matter with these kits. They are very lightweight. I simply placed the work in the frame, put a little packing tape on the back and hung it. It's beautiful. It comes with a hole already drilled for hanging and the paint job is beautiful.

The frame was good, but there was nothing to hold the craft in the frame but I was lucky and had some things I could use. Will order more when I need them.
