Picture This Plus says: "Measurements are pre-dyeing. They do shrink a bit in the dyeing process - especially the Luganas."

I used this for a St. Patrick's Day project. It's color is very subtle. It doesn't really look green by itself, but it does when you put it next to white. The holes are a little hard to find sometimes, but it's so soft that makes it delightful to stitch with.
