Picture This Plus says: "Measurements are pre-dyeing. They do shrink a bit in the dyeing process - especially the Luganas."

I was surprised at the softness of the fabric, possibly from the dying process. I'm used to a stiffer fabric. The color is lovely, but not my best choice for the project I'm working on. I would have liked a darker, almost blue spruce or evergreen.
