Both the color and mottling are subtle. I ordered the small size and I am able to make two ornies from one 8 x 12 piece. Since it is hand dyed, the surface isn't quite as smooth as the cashel that isn't hand dyed however, after a quick rinse and ironing, the surface is just as smooth as regular cashel. I appreciate the serged edges and quick order fulfillment!

The color of this linen is beautiful! It's a soft creamy yellow just perfect for my Biedermeier project. The fabric itself is soft and perfect to handle.
