Hand dyed Lugana. Available in 4 sizes. This color is a light tan with hints of red and blue

Picture This Plus says: "Measurements are pre-dyeing. They do shrink a bit in the dyeing process - especially the Luganas."

This picture provides a small glimpse of one piece of hand-dyed fabric. While Picture This Plus tries their very best to achieve the same color from dye lot to dye lot, please be aware that all hand-dyed fabrics have some differences in their variegation and patterns.

While the fabric is nice and I'm using it for the project I purchased it for, I was a little disappointed that the "hints of blue and red" were very, very subtle.

The fabric I received is 98% a yellowish tan color with a couple color splotches. Those color spots don't even match the pinks and blues in the image. It just looks like dirty fabric.

I have used this on various patterns. I love the soft coloring. I am currently using it for One Nation (Bygone Stitches) and plan to use it for another pattern. I adjust the blues and reds to work with the fabric. I also used it for Home of a Needleworker.

The dye was so sporadic it just looked like stained fabric. Big disappointment.

I have been wanting to use this fabric on a project for a while now. I choose to use it on Lizzie Kate's 'A Little Stitch' and it turned out beautifully. I wish I could post a picture. The pink in the fabric match Lizzie Kate's 'Buzy Lizzie' perfectly. The colors in Heroic are gorgeous and will make the right pattern extra stunning.

The Heroic fabric I received was not even close to the one pictured in the photo. It was very beige with hardly any blue or red/pink at all. I realize it is dyed, but there was very little coloring. Sorry I purchased it.
