This is a gorgeous piece of fabric. I ordered 32 ct. linen to stitch Quaker Floral Puzzle by Ink Circles and as beautiful as this fabric is, I got impatient because I had a hard time seeing where my next stitch was going to be. I've been stitching for years and this is my first encounter with a darker fabric. Someone told me to place a white cloth on my lap to help see the stitches more clearly but it didn't help much. Bottom line, you need to stitch with this color in a very well lit room. The color is truly beautiful with dark navy and hints of purple throughout. I re-ordered the SAME color in a 16 ct. Aida. That's how much I loved this color. Good Luck Stitcher's! I know someone's eyes must be better than mine.
