Picture This Plus says: "Measurements are pre-dyeing. They do shrink a bit in the dyeing process - especially the Luganas."

Oh this is a gorgeous shade to stitch on. I was pleasantly surprised at this color. It's not too dark, not too light. It will make a beautiful cross stitch design for this color. Beautifully mottled throughout. I love all the PTP fabrics!
