Picture This Plus says: "Measurements are pre-dyeing. They do shrink a bit in the dyeing process - especially the Luganas."
This picture provides a small glimpse of one piece of hand-dyed fabric. While Picture This Plus tries their very best to achieve the same color from dye lot to dye lot, please be aware that all hand-dyed fabrics have some differences in their variegation and patterns.

Please Note: Many fabrics are dyed in batches and made from natural fibers. As a result, color variation can occur between dye lots, counts, and fabric types, even under the same color name. Fabric dyers consider this normal and expected, particularly in vintage or antiqued fabrics, so feel free to call us if selecting an exact shade is critical to your project.

from United States on 01/30/2019 This fabric was exactly what I expected. The only issue I had with it was that it had many little wrinkles in it, but they were removed by dampening the fabric and using the steam iron. I haven't used it yet, but it looks like it will work out very nicely.

A blue gray color with lots of movement, not mottled but not a solid dye. A very pretty mid tone blue!
