A Reproduction of a sampler from Nine Mile Prairie, Calloway County, Missouri.

The pattern was stitched on 40 ct. Cream linen with DMC floss. The stitch count is 191 x 294 and the finished size is 9.55" x 14.7".

In adapting this sampler to be stitched over one and two threads of linen - instead of 1, 2, 3, and 4 as stitched by Mary - we endeavored to remain true to her composition while creating a more "stitchable" sampler.
