The fault is in the packaging, which I believe to be deceptive. I do not hold 123 Stitch responsible for this. The little cube is truly "little". It is smaller than a dime. Also, the inside of the round part is hollow. The bottom of the slits is where the bottom of the product is. I will never buy this again. I will never recommend this to anyone. This is outrageous for the price charged. It is not cheaper on Amazon either. I guess it works OK. That is the only reason I did not give it only one star.
