Note from the designer: The latest in this series is an ode to the Rocky Mountains where I grew up. Hopefully it speaks to your local mountain habitats as well!
The model is stitched on 40 count linen using DMC, Weeks Dye WOrk, and Classic Colorworks threads. You will also need Cottage Garden Threads- Conservatory, Wingback, Scandalous, Parfum, Numeric, Fairy Penguin, Putrid Purple, and Gilt. Stitch count is 101 x 80. The model is finished with Mushroom velveteen and Bear chenille, both from Lady Dot Creates. Finished size is 5.05 in wide X 4 in high.

I get a lot of requests to do smaller designs. I do try, but often the designs grow with my imagination. However, on occasion I force myself to behave! Sweet Hearts is a fun little monochrome design done mostly in cross stitch with a few little Rhodes stitches thrown in for some texture.
