I was skeptical of whether this would be as bright as pictured, but took a chance. Turns out my gut instinct was correct. It's still a fine green, but not that almost toxic looking shade the picture shows. Not unless you're shining a bright light directly on it from an inch away, at least. I'm surprised this is the picture that The Gentle Art uses on their own site; I'd definitely suggest looking at other photos of this color if you want to buy!
