Now I don’t have to use my Kelly Clamp for cross stitch duty. If you don’t have a medical professional in your family, buy your very own “Kelly Clamp”! You’ll be glad you did especially if you are trying to pass a needle through threads on a wooden ornament!!!

They are great. I have arthritis in my hands and sometimes it is difficult to pull the needle when ending.

These needle grippers will grip a needle, but the hemostat-type locking mechanism is a total frustration: it engages automatically (poor design) and is very difficult to disengage (the machining quality is so poor). I'm donating these and going back to my needle-nose pliers.

This is a perfect tool for those of us with grip issues. Due to an old injury, I am, at times, unable to grip small items. When cross stitching and finishing off threads on the back, I just cannot grip the needle and pull through previously stitched threads. This tool is easy to use and does a wonderful job. I put it in the first notch and leave it there. It takes only a slight squeeze to grip the needle. Wonderful and useful tool. Thank you 123Stitch!
