I'm donating these and going back to my needle-nose pliers.

When cross stitching and finishing off threads on the back, I just cannot grip the needle and pull through previously stitched threads. This tool is easy to use and does a wonderful job. I put it in the first notch and leave it there. It takes only a slight squeeze to grip the needle. Wonderful and useful tool. Thank you 123Stitch!
