My first time using this & I was very happy with the results. Mine was darker than pictured. I used it for the Merry Christmas pattern on 18 count Putty/Khaki Davos. It turned out more of a dark and light maroon hue. Great variegation. Happy with the results. It was the called for floss for the pattern.

Old Brick is a great hand-dyed floss; shows up especially well on darker aida fabric.

I have used this color before to make a brick wall (and it worked great). But it is a versatile color and I had to replenish my supply so I will have some ready for my next project - Dog's Declaration by Ink Circles.
