from United States on 01/26/2025 - Came crushed This canvas was sent in a bag and came crushed and folded. Sent email to info@123stitch.com but did not hear back; they probably never read it. I cannot believe that it is normal practice to send canvas in a bag; it needs to be sent in a box.

from United States on 08/01/2018 - Product diminished by shipping methods A piece of canvas this large should be shipped in a firm container/tube or with a cardboard tube supporting the roll of canvas in the plastic bag. It arrived partially crushed and had been folded in transit. I would expect more forethought.

from United States on 11/02/2017 - Disappointed I was disappointed that this canvas wasn't cut straight along the lines and that the selvedge was included in the measurement. After I trimmed the canvas and removed the selvedge I ended up with 17" by18 3/4" on a cut of 18" by 20". I needed a 18" by 15" piece for my project. I was hoping to have 5" by 18" left over for some smaller ornament projects, but it didn't work out for me. I strongly believe even weave should be cut straight on the line and the selvedge shouldn't be included in the measurements.

To remove the grid from your easy guide fabric: Upon finishing your project, you will want to soak your piece in a bath of 90 degree water with a gentle cleaner such as Oxyclean. Soak your project for about an hour and the lines will be gone.
