This is a very stiff product and didn’t work for what I needed for I really like the color but found some similar in Lugana which is what I’m used to using

Have been trying different fabrics. I prefer linen or Lugana, but this is nice. Very stiff, for those who prefer this. Good, easy count.

I recently ordered 24 count Congress cloth, along with a few other supplies. The online order arrived timely, but the Congress cloth was folded! I was very disappointed to find two large creases. I ironed out what I could and tried stretching the creases out when I tacked the Congress cloth to my stretcher bars. I can still faintly see the creases and hope that the framer can stretch-out the cloth so that it is not noticeable once it is framed. If I hadnt been in such a hurry to start my project, I would have complained sooner. You need to find a better way to ship Congress cloth, please.

I received this item but I never go the 18" count aida cloth that I ordered. Confirm no.1381282

I placed this order over the telephone. I asked only one question - "Will the four pieces be cut straight?" The reply I received was "Oh yes, of course." I didn't ask the price or how much shipping would be. I only wanted to be assured the pieces would be cut straight. Alas, when the shipment arrived, I was disappointed from the moment I opened the package. First, they were folded three times - I have ordered canvases many times from many places and never has the canvas been folded! Lots of nice creases and wrinkles which we hope will come out after several pressings and then stretching on stretcher bars - again, we hope!And, then what do we find - the pieces were all cut crooked!!! They were to be 12" x 22". So far, one of the pieces is so crooked that the stitcher will have to purchase 11" stretcher bars she had already bought 12" in order to make her piece fit. All of us will have to baste along the edges to create a straight line on each side, re-cut each piece, thereby cutting off the serging, tape them up and then frame up.I'm sure you will agree, this was not good service!
