Such a rich, beautiful color. It is a privilege to be stitching on it. Wichelt is a stiffer linen, but I really like that the threads hold their position(s). My project is wonderful with this color and thread hold. I will use it again and again!

My pattern called for a linen color no longer available. The suggested replacement was Amber toasted almond. I have begun working on this piece of linen and it is just perfect. What a lovely color.

Maybe it's just me, but I find this fabric to be very stiff starched? and I'm not a huge fan of fabrics with that texture. I do love the color, but wish the fabric was softer.
