It has a nice, thick feel no see-through gaps in the cloth, like in some of the thinner linens I've used. The gray color is a little darker than it looks on my screen, but pale enough that detail still shows well - I used it on both a Halloween piece and on a winter scene where I wanted the "snow" to stand out.

from United States on 05/16/2016 - Striking color This linen is a beautiful shade of grey. It is somewhat dark so you would want to make sure your project has colors that would show up against this background. The linen is a nice weight and all four sides have been stitched to prevent fraying.
