They are also easier to hold in your hands for winding the floss and during its use. Finally, you also have small stickers to add info. If you need it. Very good design!

I was having a hard time finding bobbins or some kind of holders big enough to store my Pearl Floss in, and happened to find these. Great for bigger floss or more than the usual amount that a regular floss bobbin can hold.

Although I do wish that label spot was on the top of the floss for easy viewing. I keep mine in a cabinet I found online that has little drawers. It works great!

There are other sizes and types out there, but these are the perfect size to fit into the pockets in photographic slide preservation page which are inexpensive and available online or at any good photographic supply store. I store my flosses in binders where they are easily viewed and protected until I need them. Any other method I've tried has been cumbersome and inconvenient, let alone expensive. These are very economical.
