When I cannot find a good supply of 16 count (my preferred) Zweigart, 123 Stitch usually has it in stock. If not, it is quickly restocked and I am notified promptly before it sells out again. Great company policies and I'm a big fan!

Sent me the wrong color and they want me to pay to send it back! They no longer send prepaid label for returns. They said they would reimburse me, but no customer should have to pay upfront to return or exchange something that is not their fault! Customer service going downhill.

Can't go wrong with Antique White! This is a beautiful neutral color for stitching just about anything but I will be using it for some patriotic stitching:-).

When you don't know what color to use for any project, this is the one to choose. Not bright white, but subtle and all floss colors like nice on it.

I am never disappointed when I shop at 123 Stitch and this was no exception. Although I haven't stitched on this yet, I bought this for a HAED and am gearing up mentally and financially for this project, it's nice to be able to find sizes larger than what they sell at Michael's or Joann's.
