Had a problem with the order, sent one e-mail and they corrected the problem right away. Very fast customer service. Great line of products. Getting harder every year to find new and different cross stitch patterns. Beginning to think this hobby is slowly dying. Trying to get the grand kids interested in it. I find it to be a GREAT stress reliever. 123 Stitch carries everything and a lot of new patterns. Keep it going!!

This fabric looks wonderful. It's a yellowish tan color. The picture on my computer doesn't really show the color of the fabric as much. I think the fabric is lighter in color than the picture. The closest DMC color in my opinion is 739.

I always used 14 count but I tried 18 count sand aida its soft and so easy to work with. I love it. Thank you. Price is great.

Color is perfect but ordered 18 count instead of 14. My eyes can no longer see to work with that small count. Do you have a return policy. You probably cut to size. Every thing else was very nice. Thank you

When I purchased a counted cross-stitch kit, I did not realize it came with evenweave fabric instead of my favorite, Aida. 123stitch had the right size fabric to replace the evenweave for a great price! A BIG plus is that 123stitch compares the color of the fabric to a DMC floss color which really helped me decide which color was the best for my project. Online pictures can make it difficult to judge if the color you are ordering is right, but this equivalency test is great! I would definitely buy again!
