100% Linen, 55" wide, 32 stitch count (Zweigart 3609). 1 yard cut. Background color is similar to, DMC 712; soft mottled color is lighter than, but similar to DMC 676.

I love substituting this color when a yellow background is indicated. The colors are so much more subtle and, as always, the Zweigart linen is a joy to work with.

This fabric has a subtle mottled appearance that is provides depth without distracting from the main design. It reminds me of parchment paper.

This fabric is a variegated linen with an old look to it. I use it for samplers. It is neither to stiff nor too soft. Love stitching on it.

This is a great fabric for stitching on, as with any linen though, it is hard sometimes to find the holes. Because of they way it is woven it sometimes has thicker strands and sometimes quite narrow strands, but it still stitches up lovely.

I was a bit apprehensive in working with the Sahara Belfast Linen, but found it easy to work with and so much fun. My project turned out to be outstanding.

Love the feel and look of this linen, it is a light color with a bit darker accents. I am using it for a reproduction sampler as it looks old and stained. This linen is very nice.

I am very pleased with this fabric. It has a more pronounced mottled appearance than the picture indicates which gives it a real antique look. I bought this for an Egyptian papyrus design but I think it will be a new favorite for other projects as well.
