This is a lovely, slightly mottled gray fabric, wonderful for all sorts of patterns, a good solid gray, but light enough for colors to stand out.

I usually use only linen, don’t like evenweave, but I have fallen in love with 123’s lugana fabric. It is so easy to work with, looks great. Best fabric I have ever used.

I ordered this fabric for the Little House Needleworks' Early American series, and I think it's going to be just what I wanted. The actual color is very close to the online picture - a light bluish gray- and the called-for floss colors really show up well on it. I like stitching on Lugana fabric, and I am enjoying stitching on this color.
