Chose this for LongDog Sampler's Pandemic pattern and it looks great so far! I prefer natural colors for a vintage or rustic look. My in-laws have collected many samplers from the Revolutionary war era so the aged ivory and linen colors just work so nicely with that style of stitch-work. This fabric is soft without being too fuzzy or loose. The uneven threads give a more authentic vibe but the tiny stitches look so fine and pretty. I chose a dark blue thread and it stands out beautifully against the sandy color. And I love that 123 stitches the edges of their fabrics for a neater project when working. Very happy and love buying my fabrics from 123!

Cross stitching has waned in popularity, and the several small shops we used to have locally have all gone the way of the dodo. Only a couple of large chain hobby stores offer supplies, and little to no good quality stitching fabric. I can always count on 123Stitch to have a good range of choices in stock.
