The model was stitched on 28 ct Water Lily linen with DMC floss. The stitch count is 42 x 70 and the finished size is approx. 3" x 5".
This delightful pair of English samplers are a low-cost stitch, as they are stitched entirely in DMC on "Vintage Country Mocha". I think they'd be wonderful to customize as birth samplers, or you could stitch the central motifs as pin-pillows.
