Animals Cross Stitch Page 6

I love adding some less traditional animals to the holiday designs. This collection includes Killdeer, Blue Penguins, and an Axolotl!

The model is stitched on 40 ct. linen with DMC and Weeks Dye Works floss. The stitch counts and finished sizes varies by design.

The models are trimmed with Chili velveteen and Dance Shoe Red Vintaged Tinsel from Lady Dot Creates.

This winter pattern from Needle Treasures Nooks features two adorable bunny rabbits going for a sleigh ride in the snow!

This pattern is stitched on 36 ct. light mocha linen using DMC threads. Stitch count is 86w x 105h and finished size is 4.78" x 5.83".

January is looking a little frosty, except we know he has a nice warm, woolly coat!

The pattern is stitched on 36 ct. linen using Classic Colorworks, Gentle Arts, and Weeks Dye Works. Stitch count is 63 x 78. Finished size is 3.5" x 4.33".

To add to my growing flock of birds, this piece was adapted from a French antique in my collection. The original has been adapted to simplify the colour palette and make the birds more vibrant. The original stitcher's name has been charted for those who want to include it.
