Haimish - a Yiddish word meaning homey, cozy, and unpretentious. The perfect description for this old-fashioned quilt that feels like it came out of someone's scrap basket. The blocks are made with the same parts, just mixed up a bit for variety. Featuring the Timeless fabric line for Moda with a finished project size of 65" x 75".

This is how I make a red-and-white quilt, two colors, but not two fabrics! The good news is that there aren't any limits with this block, it looks just as good using a very scrappy assortment of fabrics in a random placement.
