Birds on the Temple is a reproduction of a sweet little antique sampler. While there is a set of initials and a year on the sampler, what really stood out to me was the birds sitting on the temple. I've been wanting to do a small sampler with an antique look and finally did it!
The sampler is stitched on 40-Count Sapphire linen from Fiber on a Whim using Needlepoint Silks. Stitch count is 77 x 63. Finished size is 3.85" x 3.15".
