This is the first design in the Gathering Series. It kicks off with my favorite season - Autumn. More will be coming this year.

This Baltimore-style sampler is a tribute to the bond of sisters. The quote reads:"Beside a well one does not thirst. Beside a sister one does not despair."

Pattern is stitched on 40 count linen using Classic Colorworks and Weeks Dye Works, and DMC threads with a DMC conversion. Stitch Count: 215 x 241. Finished size is 10.75" x 12.05".

A fun little pincushion-sized stitch for those that find themselves equally drawn to the old and the new. A companion piece to the much larger "Rock & Roll Sampler"

The model was turned into a quilted table mat meant for use at cross stitch retreats, but it would be just as good placed in a frame. It was inspired by the people I've met and the friends I've made at cross stitch events across the nation.

Patetrn is stitched on Cafe au Lait using DMC threads. Stitch count is 179w X 129h. Finished Size vary depending on count you use. Listed fabric is for 32 count fabric.

The pattern stitch count is 266 x 266 and contains some over 1 in her name, date and the year which would make it unsuitable for stitching on Aida without adaptation. There are also some satin stitches and a few half stitches but the sampler is predominantly cross stitch over 2.
