When the traditional lyrics had me stumped for designs I decided to get creative and use the ultimate lord of Christmas- Santa, as my muse! You can see him leaping over a sleeping village as gifts and Christmas magic (represented by metallic thread) spill from his overflowing sack!

The final installment in the series is here! After 4 years I am happy to have a conclusion to this happy Christmas series and hope you like the 12th day! 12 Drummers drumming is represented by a berry bowl full of drum silhouettes and a pair of birds bidding adieu to the series!

This sampler brings together two of my favorite themes: stitching and music. It is full of motifs such as thread spools, "loudspeaker" flowers, and hoops with music notes. It reads: "I wanna rock and roll all night and cross stitch every day"
