Since the ground fabric is fully covered, I shopped for a high-quality blank cloth rather than a hand-dyed beauty, and this 28ct lugana was perfect. It arrived quickly, and the edges were already serged and ready to go. I've stitched about 600 sts into it, and love the way the needle and thread glide through. Am super-pleased with this purchase!!
