I knew when I purchased this fabric that it was on the yellow side. It’s not a favorite color for me but I know somewhere, sometime there will be the perfect sampler to stitch on this linen. The color on my screen is close to the color I received. I can see the weave and can stitch on the linen with no problem. This linen comes stiffer than other brands but I still am comfortable stitching on it . I stitch in hand and it works well for me.

Squash blossom seems a good name for this fabric. It does not look like what my monitor shows. Nor is it like DMC 744. It is very slightly lighter than a cut of 32 ct lemon yellow linen belfast that I have in my stash. (Which also does not look like the picture on my monitor - definitely not yellow.) I would call my cut a very very pale straw. It a very refined fabric, well cut & serged.
